1. Can I send
in my own images, artwork, to enhance the
ActionArtPrint? Yes.
If you did not take the images yourself,
please make sure you have permission from
the owner before sending them to Your
Action Art®. Please note some images
may appear fine on a 4x6 but may look a
little different once it is scanned and
increased in size. If you have some looking
device that will allow you to magnify the
image, you may get a stronger idea if the
image or images you select are acceptable.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MATERIALS OF GREAT
VALUE! If your image (scannable/photographic
items) are one of a kind please do NOT send
them to Your Action Art®.
1a. Must have secured legal
rights or appropriate legal permissions
and/or written permissions to use or redistribute
image, icon or logo from the legal owner
of that image icon or logo.
1b. Minimum size 2"x3"
@ no less than 150 dpi. (A
redesign or cleanup can be arranged for
a minimal fee.)
1c. Must be rated in a PG
manner.

2. How many
images can I send in with my order? Depends
on your order.
Your design selection will help you decide
how many images are right for your one of
a kind ActionArtPrint.

3. What is
the best way to send Your Action Art®
photographic materials?
Your Action Art® would prefer
that you send electronic (Digital) media.
You can usually have your images scanned
and copied to a cd at most copy places today.
Save time and money by sending us your images
via wire (e-mail).
Preferred sizes are as follows: (72 dpi
@ 22" h - 300 dpi @ 10" h)
Most digital ccameras today have multiple
settings. Your Action Art® suggest
you set your camera to the highest resolution
available. Your camera may not hold many
images, but you can expect better photo
quality on your ActionArtPrint.

4. Can I send
in my ideas, suggestions or preferences?
Yes.
Please feel free to add any and all information
that is important to the original (customer)
order form. If your ActionArtPrint
requires a special request or special needs,
please fax your information along with your
order form. Upon receiving your order, Your
Action Art® will determine at that
time if your suggestions or special needs
exceed beyond our templated design and will
require a consulting fee.

5. Do you
have discounts for team members? Yes.
Your
monthly volumn of sales will contribute
to a tier level discount system.

6. Can I do
a multi-activity ActionArtPrint? Yes.
If you would like to consider a multi-theme
for a print, please explain this information
in your order form. An example might include
images of someone playng two different sports.

7. Can I preview
my ActionArtPrint before you print
it? Yes.
Once you become a
member, you will be directed to a secured
link on the internet that will allow you
to preview your poster oder(s) before
it is sent to the recipient.

8. Can I order
additional copies of my ActionArtPrint?
Yes.
If you decide you want an additional copy
of the print(s),Your Action Art®
is prepared to offer a discounted rate on
all multiple orders. After purchasing an
original ActionArtPrint design, Your
Action Art® can print additional
copies at half price. For more information

9. When can I expect
to receive the order?
Two to three weeks from the time the order
was initially placed. Please keep in mind
any reshoots or understandable changes may
have an impact on final delivery time.

10. What if the customer
does not like the ActionArtPrint?
Customers satisfaction is Your Action
Arts® number one goal. Photography
is a delicate and sensitive area of business.
Your Action Art® understands
that our final design may not agree with
everyone. With that in mind, Your Action
Art® is prepared to offer 50% off
of an additional print that may result from
changes requested by the customer(s). Any
errors printed at the fault of Your Action
Art® will be corrected and reprinted
at no extra charge.
Your Action Art® suggest you
consider an online approval.
Your Action Art® reserves the
right to deny a reprint on any ActionArtPrint
based on customer's feelings alone. If the
initial design meets all Your Action
Art® design requirements, any ActionArtPrint
is subject to a reprint denial.

11. How does Your
Action Art® handle cancellations?
Within 72 hours of the initial order we
offer 100% return for any canceled orders.
After 72 hours you are fully responsible
for the purchase.

12. What are photography
rights?
Copyright Laws and Your Portraits:
-
Professional portraits are automatically
copyrighted by the portrait studio that
took the images (just like any art, written
work or music is copyrighted and protected).
This means it is illegal to make copies
of any portraits that have been taken
professionally, without a copyright release
from the photographer. Both customer and
the business responsible for copying can
be liable for damages up to $50,000 by
violating this.
Scanning, printing, downloading web-ready
images from a website making copies on
or for your own personal computer, or
at a copy center all constitute infringement.
Professional portraits are not required
to have a stamp or copyright notaion to
note their copyright.
