What type of information does Your Action Art collect and how is it used?

YourActionArt gathers only the Associate information that we need to administer our business, provide superior service and communicate offers on our product and services that we believe will be of interest to you. There is information we collect about you when you visit our site. The type of information we collect about you is personally identifiable information, such as, your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card numbers. This type of information may be provided as part of a purchase process and allows us to process and fulfill your order and notify you of order status.

What does YourActionArt do with this information?

Your Action Art does not rent, sell, or exchange personally identifiable information about its Associates. The only parties who have access to such information are YAA and businesses who accept our payment vehicles, such as Paypal. Third parties that need access to your information in order to provide operational or other support services to us must agree to safeguard your information in strict compliance with our policy. YAA may share information about your credit account with credit bureaus. YAA may provide information to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law. YAA may also disclose Associate information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

The only YAA employees with access to your information are those employees who need it to perform their jobs. Employees are educated about YAA policies and practices in regard to safeguarding Associate information--preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and ensuring its proper handling.

How do I know my information is correct and secure?

Your Action Art takes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Associate information it maintains is accurate, timely and secure. When credit card information is transmitted online, YAA uses industry standard security measures called SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. YAA will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological developments that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information.

Does Your Action Art use an advertising network?

At this time, Your Action Art does not use an advertising network to deliver advertisements online.

Can I "opt out" of receiving promotional emails from Your Action Art?

Your Action Art only sends emails containing promotional offers if you opt to receive such emails. If you would no longer like to receive emailed special events information, sales notifications or other messages from YAA, please contact Customer Care. Please note that even if you opt out of our promotional emails you will still receive email associated with your account such as order confirmation or account expiration notifications.
