Terms and Conditions

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions pertaining to your participation in the Associate Member Program (AMP) of Your Action Art (YAA). This agreement begins upon acceptance of your Associate application and ends when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason by giving the other party written notice. We reserve the right to refuse application to the Associate program or to terminate an Associate determined to be unsuitable for our Associate program for any reason including, but not limited to, content that is in our opinion, unlawful, obscene, harassing, threatening, racially or ethnically defamatory or otherwise objectionable or harmful.

We grant you the right to link our website to approved and provided links during the agreement term. Links must be removed upon termination of agreement. Disclaimer

YAA reserves the right to modify these terms without notification. In practice, we will endeavor to ensure all Associates receive notification of changes to terms and conditions. We will not be responsible for damages or lost of revenue arising as a result of joining/ running the program. There are no guarantees implied or otherwise with respect to the program.

By applying, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. This web site and the information contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary and trade secret information. You may not modify, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, and in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any proprietary or other materials. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA and the Sate of Texas.

Order Processing

We are responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment, including order entry, payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns and related customer service. The Associate has no right to information on our customers, rules, operations procedures, product availability, pricing and problem resolution; apply to any orders received through this program. We may change those rules or procedures at any time without prior notice to the Associate. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

Products, prices and availability may vary from time to time and we take no responsibility for any errors in the description or prices of the product in the Associate site or other publications. Associates will not engage in unsolicited mail outs, spamming of newsgroups or message boards.
